This is the best thing I have ever seen but how do you get the buttons to work? Do you need to input the commands manually?

how about bill becoming yellow when you reach around 70C 
and when the laptop is almos around 90C he should turn red

Depends. For this skin, I had to draw each icon. Wasn't hard, but very time consuming. If you want to create your own skin, I suggest reading the documents at Rainmeter's website. All you need is Notepad and Rainmeter for basic stuff.

Also sorry for the late reply. I only log in about once a month or when I'm about to submit something.
